I went here last minute on Mother's Day to get flowers for the wonderful women in my life, as did hundreds of others. Despite there being quite literally a hundred or more people in the store, the atmosphere was amazing. The flow was perfect. There were staff members walking around inside the cooler where the flowers are giving advice, giving compliments, handing out buckets to those who visibly needed them (including myself). The line wrapped around the entire store and I waited maybe 10 minutes tops once I got in line. The entire experience from start to finish was maybe 30 minutes. The florists make your bouquet(s) and wrap them perfectly for you. They were very conversational and nice the entire time. I'm not sure if he was the owner who I spoke with, but we chatted about the change in design of the store, how it optimized business. He was beaming about his staff and how he has the most amazing people working for him at that store. On such a stressful and high demanding day, you would think this type of business was their regular. This place is extremely professional and so lovely, which is why I continue shopping here and advise others to do so as well. š©· Kudos to the entire staff who worked on Mother's Day, along with the owners. This is a true place of business with outstanding customer service. Truly.
